Good top of the week to you! A fresh new week and I am ready to go!! Hope you are, too!
I had a very productive weekend. We got a lot of things done around the house and I worked on getting my desk organized. Still have a little bit to finish but I am just about done! I can not tell you how thrilled I am about this silly desk. The other desk I had was just a regular desk and didn't give me much room and my cutters and everything were a distance away and nothing was ever plugged in ready to work. And there really was no way to leave anything out so I got out and put away each time I wanted to work. With this one...I use the keyboard pull out to store my LO on and I can just pull it out to add an element. So I am just a very happy camper. Now to start scrapping on it!!!
We made a trip to a local flea market yesterday to see if I could find some cute containers for on the desk. I would like some pretty vases and containers to hold pencils and so forth...unfortunately none spoke me! So maybe next Saturday we will take the tour. There are so many flea markets in the area I am sure I will find something just right!
Did you notice our dog Mandy and cat Liu in the painting on the wall? Our daughter had an oil painting done of them after they both had died. It was a wonderful present. We loved them both so much! All you cat and dog lovers understand!!!
I am hoping to put a link to scrapping videos on the blog every few days, so if there is something that you would particularly would like to see, let me know and I will see if I can find a video about it. Also, if there is something you know about and would like to share...let's do it!!!
Will be writing more later!
Enjoy...

Congratulations on your blog, Barb! I don't think that's something I'd ever try to do. I'm just not that computer literate but I do admire people who can accomplish the task.
I love your desk! Doesn't it feel good to get organized?!? I'm always rearranging and organizing my scraproom (that's because I buy too much and need to find ways to store it. lol!) One thing I look for to store those items you want to set out are metal buckets, baskets, etc. DH paints them the colors I want so I know that even if the color is wrong, I can change it. I find a lot of containers at Michael's on sale or use coupons. I also cover cans (even the paper ones) with the fabric I used when I made my window valance using mod podge. They look cute and hold pens, scissors, etc. You could use paper also but I like working with the fabric.
Anyway, thanks for sharing your life with us! You are an inspiration to me!
